Today is anniversary of the release of 2023’s Fishing Collab. So I pick this day to make the call for new fishes.

Draw or model a fish for next year’s fishing collab.

How to join:

Start by joining the Discord to get updates and info on how to submit.

The proper scale is 350*200

How to submit:

Send your finished image in the fishing-collab-submissions tab in the discord

misc info:

No duplicates of somebody else’s fish species (unless approved by a host).

If you have a different idea than listed, suggest it in the fishing-collab tab before you start drawing.

Drawing at a higher resolution is alright, but make sure to downscale it to 350*200 before submitting.

I'm also updating the original 2023 version today.

In that I will be adding back the lost fishes and new improved gameplay.

This 2025 sequel will be a separate version from the 2023 version.

• fixed: dodge ability wasn't increasing speed when using arrow keys
• pixelated a few cloud sprites
• behind-the-scenes cleanup, resulting in slightly lower file size
• changed the way the enemy bodies handle their on-hurt animation
• considered adding in the levels containing non-canon characters. didn't.
• changed the controls to use number keys, instead of a dedicated button for each bullet-type.
• updated story

A colourful bullet-hell. The protagonist, Aeron, fights against sand monsters and criminal robots.

People say "it's like Undertale". It currently has 12 stages.

In my previous news post, I said that I gave up on this project. Apparently, I did not.

I'm looking for anybody who made a fish image for the original collab post.

If you had made a fish for the collab, and have not talked to me yet, PM me:

• Your fish image (PNG no background)
• Your name (that you want displayed next to your image)
• Your fish's name (like what species or variety it is)

I don't want to miss anybody's art!

note: We already had enough people join months ago, so I'm not asking for new submissions.

I'm only asking for the people who submitted their image to Demisurge on the original post.
